Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and ensuring the well-being of people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. This is a full-time or part -time position with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:
- Perform health assessments and complete written RN assessments on patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient symptoms, progress, and vital signs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, conditions, and self-care techniques
- Utilize medical terminology and knowledge of physiology to accurately assess patient conditions
- Adhere to aseptic technique during procedures to prevent infection
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10, and ICD-9 coding systems
- Proficient in performing physical examinations and utilizing proper assessment techniques
- Ability to provide pain management using appropriate medications and techniques
- Experience with esthetic laser treatment procedures
- Familiarity with dialysis procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in Alabama
-Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Minimum years of experience as a Registered Nurse

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
